5. Payment & Refunds

Payments for profile unlocks and biodata downloads are non-refundable unless the service was not delivered due to a technical error.

6. Prohibited Activities

Commercial use, marriage bureau operations without registration, harassment, fake profiles, and spam are strictly prohibited.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
